Under the direction of The Light Group's Corporate Executive Chef Brian Massie, BIANCA’s simple, yet savory cuisine includes signature dishes, such as char-grilled octopus with aged balsamic and handmade pasta with season truffles and cream. Entrees include a salt-roasted Branzino, Snapper and an All Natural Sirloin Bistecca. Guests also have the opportunity to pair their meal with BIANCA’s carefully selected wines and specialty cocktails.
