The Strip's latest place to see and be seen, Brand Steakhouse brings a new dimension to the Monte carlo with its posh casino-facing dining area and expertly prepared menu. Dark colors and tastefully abstract cowhide accents create a masculine atmosphere while a live DJ creates the evening's soundtrack for guests who range from jet-set hipsters to families on vacation.

Brand hits the mark with its beef selections. The beef carpaccio with truffle oil, capers and Parmesan is a spectacular treat. The Ultimate Steak for six, the house specialty, is served family-style and bone-in with Peppercorn and Worcestershire sauces that complement the beef's rich flavor. The chicken dish is tender and flavorful, partnered with mushrooms and asparagus. The potatoes au gratin side is cheesy, crispy and delicious. For dessert, enjoy the retro-chic Baked Alaska or try the signature mini doughnuts.
