LEO MOVES IN
(Player Magazine – January/February 2005)
Leonardo DiCaprio, a future resident of the Panorama Towers, dug in recently for the groundbreaking of the $400 million loft/apartment complex. DiCaprio, a Vegas regular who’s routinely seen in the poker room at Bellagio as well as various A-list parties and events, evidently wants a room of his own – with a view. As Vegas continues to grow into a major urban city, high-rise living is becoming all the rage. The Panorama will rise over 400 feet above the famous Las Vegas Strip and offer spectacular views. How popular are these places? Panorama’s first two towers have completely sold out, the first of which will be ready for occupancy in January of 2006. Panorama is the first project of the Sasson-Hallier Development group, owned by Andrew Sasson and Laurence Hallier. Sasson is a trendsetter in the high-end nightclub and lounge industry – his Vegas spots include Light and Caramel at Bellagio, Mist at TI, and an as-yet-unnamed and ultra-secret club scheduled to open at Mirage next summer.
