Las Vegas' powerhouse nightclub and restaurant company The Light Group debuted Brand in June at the Monte Carlo Resort & Casino. The steak house is designed to be equal parts upscale eatery and chic nightspot. Steak is the focus, and the menu highlights The Ultimate Steak, a porterhouse that can be ordered for two, four or six people, topping out at 120 ounces and $267 (regular entrees range from $23 to $190).

To complement its meats, Brand has a broad wine program ($9 to $24 a glass; $37 to $895 a 750-ml bottle), along with a selection of Bourbons ($13 to $30 a 1.5-ounce pour), beer ($5.50 to $6.50 a bottle) and specialty cocktails ($11) that offer a twist on traditional classic drinks. Brand's interior design features a lit cow-print ceiling and an earthy color scheme, while the adjacent lounge has couch-style seating and a DJ booth.
