June 5 marked Pete Wentz’s birthday, and the singer and his wife, Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, left their son, Bronx, at home to celebrate the big 3-0 with a big bash in Las Vegas. The couple started the night by dining on sushi and drinking champagne with friends at Yellowtail restaurant, an inside tells In Touch. “They sat in the back and held hands throughout dinner, before going to The Bank to dance at the Bellagio,” the insider says. “They were drinking champagne and Amstel Lights. Ashlee started dancing when a Fall Out Boy song came on. She was shaking her booty!” says a witness.
