The Light Group expands its culinary portfolio with the opening of Yellowtail Sushi Restaurant & Bar, located at Bellagio Resort & Casino. Offering an extensive menu of fresh, ingredient-driven Japanese cuisine in a unique and stylized surrounding, Yellowtail Sushi Restaurant & Bar sets a new standard for fine-dining. Masterfully created by Executive Chef Akira Back, the menu offers innovative interpretations on authentic, traditional and modern Japanese fare such as a Big EyeTuna Pizza and Maine Lobster Capaccio which reflect Chef Back's culinary philosophy "to bring happiness to guests by creating a memorable experience thought food."
