Sunday night, watch as Executive Chef Akira Back of Yellowtail Sushi Bar and Restaurant (coming this summer to Bellagio) steps into Kitchen Stadium to challenge Iron Chef Bobby Flay in culinary combat. Witness Chef Back's quick knife skills and ingenuity as he uses the coveted secret ingredient to create a number of dishes for Iron Chef's finicky judges. With only 60 minutes to complete this culinary challenge, the heat will definitely be on for these two fierce competitors as they battle for supremacy in this ultimate showdown.

Caramel Bar & Lounge at Bellagio will be providing a special Iron Chef viewing of the event at 10 p.m., with Chef Back on hand to watch and relive his culinary battle.
