The Light Group Executive Chef Brian Massie's inventive cuisine will be on display May 9 at Vegas Uncork'd: A Bon Appétit Epicurean Experience, taking place at Caesars Palace. Representing The Light Group's soon-to-be-opened BRAND Steakhouse at Monte Carlo, Chef Massie will treat guests to a sneak-preview of his delicious creations during the event's "Grand Tasting." Now in its second year, Vegas Uncork'd has quickly become one of the city's premier culinary experiences attracting top kitchen talent, fine dining connoisseurs and master sommeliers.
