Russell Jones appointed VP of Operations for Light Group's Restaurant Division

The Light Group is proud to announce the appointment of Russell Jones as Vice President of Operations to its rapidly expanding restaurant division. A seasoned industry veteran with twenty years of hospitality and restaurant experience, Jones' extensive background and industry success make him a strong addition to company. Prior to The Light Group, Jones served as the Vice President of Operations for the Lucky Strike Entertainment organization and oversaw operations and new venue openings for 16 of the company's properties.

In his new role, Jones will oversee the operations and management for The Light Group's restaurant properties which currently include Fix Restaurant & Bar at Bellagio, Stack Restaurant & Bar at The Mirage, Diablo's Cantina at Monte Carlo and will oversee operations and development at Brand Steakhouse opening this May at Monte Carlo and Yellowtail Sushi Restaurant & Bar opening this July at Bellagio. We welcome Russell to his new position and are confident that his knowledge and expertise will make him a powerful addition to The Light Group organization.
