Light Group Restaurants to Participate in 2008 Aspen Food & Wine Classic

Light Group Executive Chefs Brian Massie and Akira Back join the world's epicurean elite for the 2008 Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, June 13 through June 15. Participating in this year's "Grand Tasting," the chefs will prepare dishes from both BRAND Steakhouse and Yellowtail Sushi Restaurant & Bar for the event's participants. Chef Massie will be serving BRAND's signature Maine Lobster Roll, while Chef Back will prepare Kona Kanpachi Tataki with Kizami Wasabi Salsa and Truffle Yuzu Sauce.
Each year leading chefs, wine authorities, and culinary enthusiasts from around the world come together for this weekend celebration of cooking demonstrations, food samplings and wine tasting. Set in Aspen, Colorado this annual festival serves as a network opportunity for professionals in the food and restaurant industry while showcasing the finest cuisine in the world.
