Kikkoman Selects Yellowtail Executive Chef Akira Back for Food Arts Magazine's 10th Annual Share Our Strength Event

Yellowtail Executive Chef Akira Back will participate in Food Arts Magazine's 10th Annual Share Our Strength Barbecue this Sunday, May 18 during the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago. Selected by global soy sauce manufacturer Kikkoman, Chef Back has been chosen to present a dish which will be served throughout the event using Kikkoman's products and ingredients. Presenting one of his signature creations, Chef Back will be serving kona kanpachi tataki with yuzu sauce to the guests of this culinary fundraiser.

Benefiting the Share Our Strength Organization, this annual event aims to bring awareness to the issue of childhood hunger in our country and aims to find solutions to eliminate it.
