FIX Restaurant and STACK Restaurant Introduce New Summer Menu Items

FIX Restaurant & Bar at Bellagio and STACK Restaurant at The Mirage add to their culinary portfolios with the introduction of new summer menu items. FIX, The Light Group's contemporary American Steakhouse with a scene, welcomes the addition of eight new signature items, while STACK adds seven "Small Plate" items to their current epicurean offerings, which build upon Executive Chef Brian Massie's philosophy of bringing guests innovative yet approachable cuisine.
Included in FIX's menu expansion are a "Baby Lettuce Salad," "BLT Salad," "Spring Rolls," "Lettuce Cups" and "Crab Cake Bites," which add to FIX's "Small Plate" items. "Tuna Tartare" and a reinvented "Yellowtail Sashimi" elevate FIX's RAW dishes, along with a new delicious and imaginative creation, "Cavier Tostadas."
STACK Restaurant introduces the addition seven new dishes to their list of mouth-watering fare. Included in STACK's menu expansion "Lettuce Cups," "Smoked Salmon Chips," "Lobster Tacos," "Chicken Parm 'On A Stick'," "Crab Cake Bites," "Kobe Chili Cheese Fries" and "Crispy Mozzarella Sticks," all highlight STACK's fun and innovative dining selections.
