FIX Restaurant & Bar at Bellagio has recently named as one of Restaurant & Institutions Magazine's top 100 independent grossing restaurants in America. Collectively taking-in a combined total of $1.53 billion in food-and-beverage sales these top 100 restaurants represent the pinnacle of culinary excellence from around the country. Continuing to make a strong presence in the fine ding arena, Las Vegas comprises approximately twenty-five percent of this year's list.
