BRAND Steakhouse Opens May 24

BRAND Steakhouse, located at Monte Carlo, opens its doors to the public May 24. The newest addition to The Light Group's culinary portfolio, BRAND's unique design and concept sets the standard for the contemporary American steakhouse. Once again raising the bar on traditional American cuisine, The Light Group's Executive Chef Brian Massie offers innovative interpretations on classic steakhouse favorites for BRAND's sumptuous menu.


BRAND's open 5,500-square-foot design makes it a perfect destination for both diners and voyeurs alike to be seen in the scene. Earthy décor and warm colors combine with soft lighting and a subtle sound system to create BRAND's casual and relaxing atmosphere. Adjacent from the dining area, the attached BRAND Lounge provides guests with the perfect atmosphere for sports viewing or a relaxing evening of music and cocktails. BRAND is open seven days a week from 5 p.m. to midnight.
