Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant and Lounge’s Chef Akira Back hosted the event alongside culinary heavyweights such as Cat Cora, Rick Moonen. The food event of the year featured a full pallet of activities, including a poolside Grand Tasting with 75 world-renowned chefs and vintners, a high-stakes culinary competition; an after-hours blackjack tournament, tour-de-force Masters Series dinners; performances by the cast of KA by Cirque du Soleil; an interactive luncheon; wine immersion seminars; and a gala evening seminar.







Chef Akira Back also participated in “Uncork’d Chefs for Three Square” along with Miss USA 2009 Kristen Dalton. To show their support for the cause, they stuffed backpacks to send to children at schools across the valley for the charity’s BackPack for Kids program.
