The Breast Weekend in Las Vegas
So let's get right to it and give you that weekly glimpse into the celebrity filled world of Las Vegas. Here's what glitterati spent their weekend attending The Light Group's star-studded events.
Last Friday UK hip-hop star Estelle performed at The Bank Nightclub, electrifying the packed club as she delivered an amazing live version of her hit song, "American Boy." After her powerful two-song set, the British diva joined America's Next Top Model winner Jaslene Gonzalez at a VIP table. That same night over at JET, Dr. Gary Motykie (from reality TV's "Dr. 90210") celebrated his birthday in true Vegas style. The renowned plastic surgeon spent the night in JET's VIP and enjoyed a voluptuous birthday cake courtesy of JET's Marketing Director Steven Lockwood.
The next night FIX Restaurant & Bar satisfied the appetites of some of professional sports' top athletes including hockey legend Wayne Gretzky, who enjoyed a relaxing meal with his wife and family. Also dining at FIX for the evening was Los Angeles Angels pitcher Kelvim Escobar, along with his wife and family. "Scrubs" actor Robert Maschio (aka "The Todd") spent his Saturday night alongside friends in JET's VIP until the sun came up.
Sunday night The Bank threw a dual party celebrating the premiere of "Sunset Tan's" second season (hosted by the show's Janelle Perry), as well as former beauty queen Katie Rees' 24th birthday. Celebrating with Rees in The Bank's VIP, Sunset Tan's Janelle Perry (see pic) was on-hand as a three-tiered birthday cake, tiara, and sash were presented to the birthday girl courtesy of The Bank's Marketing Director Jake Saady.
Monday night JET took over Las Vegas (like they do every week) as they presented the third installment of Steven Lockwood's "Boobs or Bust." Hosted by Dr. Dean Manus ("Dr. 90210") ladies competed for the grand prize of $5,000 to be used toward breast augmentation courtesy of the generous Beverly Hills plastic surgeon. Celebrities who showed up to enjoy this wild Monday night event included Orlando Jones, Tyson Beckford, Alfonso Ribeiro and professional poker player, Daniel Negreanu.
Every week it seems like the parties just keep getting bigger - or maybe they're just more surgically enhanced. If you think it sounds crazy reading about it, try experiencing it. Trust me; life is always an adventure here in Sin City.- Posted Wednesday, August 13, 2008
